Green Tea

For the preparation of a superior tea, use a full tea spoon for every cup, add boiling water but do not pour it directly on the leaves. Leave it in infusion for maximum 2-3 minutes and remove the leaves. We recommend to drink 2-4 cups per day, both after meal times and /or without food.

Warnings
